Refund Policy

At iSocialize, we want you to be fully satisfied with every order. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the digital and consumable nature of our services, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis as described below.
When you are eligible for a refund
- Order not started: If your order has not started within 24 hours of payment verification, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial delivery: If your order is marked as Partial (only partially delivered), you will receive a refund for the undelivered portion.
- Wrong service delivered: If a different service was delivered than what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or re-delivery.
- Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Payment not verified within 4 hours: If we are unable to verify your payment within 4 hours of submission, your order will be canceled and a full refund issued.
When you are NOT eligible for a refund
- Order has already been delivered fully or is in progress
- Incorrect link was provided by you (private account, wrong URL, deleted post)
- You changed your username or made your account private after placing the order
- The social media platform removed the followers/likes/views after delivery (platform action)
- You simply changed your mind after delivery has started
- Services marked as "No Refill" experienced a natural drop after the stated warranty period
Refill policy
Services marked with a Refill badge include a refill guarantee for the stated period (e.g. 30 days, 365 days). If your count drops below the delivered amount within this period, contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we will initiate a refill at no charge.
How to request a refund
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of the issue arising
- Provide your Order ID, payment UTR, and a description of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method
Refund method
Refunds are credited back via the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- UPI payments: Refunded to your UPI ID within 3–5 business days
- Wise payments: Refunded to your Wise account within 5–7 business days
Disputes and chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension and may be contested.
